Return & refund policy

Thanks for supporting hug or handshake through our shop! We want you to be happy with your order, so here’s everything you need to know in case you need to return or exchange an item.

Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you by email.
• If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges (Size Changes)

Need a different size? Simply return the original item following the steps above, and place a new order for the correct size. This helps us process your request faster and ensures the new size is reserved for you.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
